Sage Fixed Assets Module
The Sage Fixed Assets Module includes the following features:
- Unique plant number for each asset
- Historic cost of each asset
- Depreciation to date of each assets
- Calculated Depreciation automatically posted when month end program ran
- Different Depreciation rates
- A choice of straight line or reducing balance methods of depreciation for each asset
- Different assets categories, to allow assets of one type to be grouped together, eg. all motor vehices grouped separetely from plant & machinery
- Allocation of each asset to a specfic cost centre/profit centre
- Posting of assets disposed of in accounts and deletion of that asset record from the plant register
- Standarad fixed assets reports which can be added to by customised reports
